If you have spent time in Northern Michigan, it's likely you have enjoyed some amazing hikes.  When you are on a hike, the trail is typically groomed in such a way that you know where you are going.  It would be lot more challenging to get to your destination the hike if there was no trails to guide you.

At Glen Lake Church, our Consistory (leadership team) has adopted some documents for our ministry to help us groom the trail we are on.  We call them Guiding Principles because they help guide the church throughout its life in all circumstances.  The Consistory began to work on these Guiding Principles as a result of our vision process that started in August of 2018.  If you have questions about these Guiding Principles, we encourage you to speak with an Elder or Deacon.
